Yeah, Yeah, Call Me Stupid...

I am still feeling crappy, but did I stay home today? Nooooo... So yeah, call me stupid.

The problem was, I called in to work, to tell them I wasn't going to be in. Only to discover that the receptionist isn't in. The answering machine was telling me that we were closed. Now, I had slept in, and we had been open for about 1/2 hour. So I finally got hold of one of the mangers, to find out that not only was the receptionist not in, but the other female in the office was away sick today too. Now, we females seem to be the only ones who are remotely concerned with making sure the phones get answered. Two of the guys know how to work the phone system, but they conveniently forgot. So guess who decided she'd better head into the office? Argh.

However, I doubt I'll be staying for long. I decided to have some coffee and eat something, to see if that helped. Sometimes it does. However, it doesn't seem to be helping this time, and I'm feeling crappier now. So I may end up leaving again fairly soon, and leaving the boys to fend for themselves today.
